Mosaic

 Ah, yet another day! Going to bed on time on Friday night was surprisingly easy. The early hours seem more appealing than the late ones although they are practically one in the same. Today is saturday yet you still got up at the same time. Sleeping in seems to have lost its shine. Sleeping in probably only became a thing because of staying up late. The sunrises around 5:30 presently so it is easier to rise along with it. The days are getting warmer and that makes things flow easier as well. This must be what it’s like to live in a warm place year round. The tropics must be booming with productivity. Who would want to sleep in if that was their reality and why? Hibernation is for the birds… wait no that’s migration. Snow birds are people who leave their homes in the north when the weather turns a cold shoulder. They travel to warmer locations that are usually south of where they normally reside. This allows you to stay in touch with their hometown while maintaining optimal living conditions. Owning multiple homes has always been in the plan. How cool would it be to own a beach house as well as a desert and a forest house? Properties in all of the hemispheres as well! For the person who likes to move around, this would be ideal. Getting a different taste of the cultures along the way is a plus. Traveling light because each location has the essentials there waiting for you. Bringing family or letting them choose which locations best suit them is optional. Enjoy these pleasant thoughts on a gentle Saturday. Work towards them and soon enough, everyday will feel like Saturday. How nice would it feel to stop counting? Why do we want to skip past days to get to the weekend? What ever happened to being thankful for the moment? Why do we loathe some days more than others? how can we fix this? It starts here. Here, I have created an extension of my happy place and decided to share it with you. This is where imagination roams free and expectations shrivel up and wither away. A place where just being is enough. A place where people accept you for who you are and do not want anything from you. A place where you can work because you WANT to and not because you feel like you HAVE to. A place where all necessities are met. This is where our best work is born. For some reason, when someone tells us to do something, it makes us want to do it less. In this world without time crunches and so called “deadlines” the life line can be found. The Life Line can be found amidst of all that is however. As you walk towards your destination, you carry a piece of satisfaction with you along the way. This cannot be taken away from you. It is yours to keep. Should you trip on a rock or come across any other obstacle, you are able to press on and heal along the rest of the journey. Mobility is one of our greatest gifts. Should we choose to move onward, we find redemption by way of salvation. From the broken pieces of your history, you create a beautiful mosaic that drives the point home even further. You matter!
